The villas “Οίκος-your Cretan house” are located in a romance area just outside Angeliana Mylopotamos, 18 km from the city of Rethymno.
They consist of 2 self-contained villas of 105 square meters each, “Arismari” and “Giasemi”. Each has a private swimming pool, barbecue, parking and a 300 square metre yard area.

The pictures do not do this place justice! The sunsets from here are amazing. Combine that with the private pool, Costis’s hospitality, and the fantastic location – this was the perfect villa for our first visit to Crete. Costis was an amazing host. Upon arrival, he had prepared us a plate with fresh cheese, olive oil, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Throughout our stay we received wine from his family, fresh honey, and even a meal prepared by his mother. Words can not describe how perfect our stay was. We look forward to returning next year!
Lieber Costis. DANKE! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und SEHR sauber. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Stille perfekt für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. Costis und seine Familie war immer für uns da und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. DANKE auch dafür. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Schön war auch die kleine Jause bei unserer Anreise und die vielen, lieben Aufmerksamkeiten. Nachmittag kam immer eine Schafherde vorbei, manchmal auch Ziegen. Typisch griechisch eben 🙂 Wie gesagt, es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort! Und wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Costis is the most amazing host that I’ve ever met. He was taking care of all of our needs, answered all questions. We had fresh fruits, water and some food once we got there. Costis mother cooked mousaka for us which was the most touching compliment ever. The property is unbelievably pretty! The view is just a fairytale! We spent great week! Villa Oikos was our dream vacation! Thank you for everything Costis! I recommend villa Oikos and I and my friends will visit again for sure!
Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay on Crete and the location as well as the host were instrumental in creating this enjoyable experience. Costis and his family were very thoughtful and surprised is with local delicacies whilst at the same time managed not be intrusive to our privacy. The location is simply perfect with a view to die for. Would recommend this to anyone without a doubt.
We are a family of 4 and we stayed here in August. We all loved it!! My son aged 8 and my daughter aged 5 absolutely enjoyed their time here. The villa was spotless with all modern fixtures and fittings. The villa is spacious and beautiful and with has a big gated entrance which made us feel safe and secure at night. The views are amazing and the villa is situated in a peaceful setting. The swimming pool and the outdoor area is large and we spent most out time relaxing here. Costis and his family are the most kindest people you could meet. They are extremely generous and made are stay that extra bit special. My children loved the kinder gifts and Costis’s mum made a mouth watering Mousaka and croissants. the swimming pool was cleaned daily by Costis’s brother. Anything we needed we felt confident to contact Costis for help and advice during our stay. We did go to the lovely beach at Bali and also across to the beaches in the South as recommended by Costis. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay here. It is absolutely gorgeous with that wow factor. As a family we have never felt so relaxed on holiday. Having a bbq was great!! We did go to Panormos most evenings for food, where there are numerous places to eat. Thank you so much Costis and family for making our stay unforgettable and for all those little extra things that make us felt welcome. Millie and George loved it and they will remember this holiday as a special one. We hope to return!!
